Hyposmocoma kahamanoa isolate:Upper Palolo Valley Genome sequencing and assembly
A de novo assembly of the Hyposmocoma kahamanoa genome. DNA was derived from a single adult, extracted to generate high molecular weight DNA which was used for input for a 10x Genomics Chromium library, and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq x10. Resulting data was assembled using Supernova Software (10X Genomics).
