Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni strain:RM1285 Genome sequencing and assembly
The food-borne pathogen Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni (Cjj) is a leading cause of human acute gastroenteritis and also the most important antecedent for Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). We have determined the genome sequences of Cjj strains representing Penner serotype HS:19 that resulted in either enteritis or GBS, or were isolated from environmental samples.
