NIRS Calibration Database on boiled yam for texture (hardness) at IITA Nigeria

This database contains 90 spectra data of boiled yam samples acquired using the FOSS XDS Rapid Content Analyzer (3013-0857). It also contains the instrumental texture (hardness) of the boiled yam samples which were used as the laboratory reference values for model development.
