NIRS Calibration Database on Fufu flour for dry matter, pH, amylose, swelling power & solubility at NRCRI Nigeria

This database contains 168 spectra data of fufu flour samples acquired using the ASD QUALITY SPEC TREK NIRS device (S-10016). It also contains the laboratory values of the fufu flour samples which were used as the reference values for model development.
