NIRS Calibration Database on fresh grated cassava for amylose at NaCRRI Uganda

This database contains 247 NIR spectra of cassava fresh grated samples acquired in NaCRII, Namulonge (Uganda), by using FOSS DS2500 NIR spectrometer. Cassava harvested at Namulonge (Ugnada) correspond to 94 genotype from various fields in 2022. <br><br> This database contains also laboratory data measured on the same cassava roots samples: Amylose content expressed as percentage of starch.
