Plos NTD research article - A participatory epidemiological and One Health approach for surveillance opportunities

This dataset includes the supporting information files related to the research article entitled "A participatory epidemiological study to build a community-based surveillance system of emerging zoonoses in Guinea" submitted to the journal Plos Neglected Tropical Diseases. This dataset includes diseases-clinical signs matrix (S1 Matrix), ranking and scoring of clinical signs (S2 Matrix) and pictures of flow diagrams representing the health information exchange networks (S1 Picture) conducted with human health (women and community human health workers), animal health (breeders and community animal health workers) and ecosystem health (hunters and community informants) actors through Focus Group Discussions in Forest Guinea in 2019. This study was conducted in the framework of the Ebosursy project.
