Análisis y evaluación de las alianzas productivas en palma de aceite en Colombia.
Fedepalma and the MIDAS program have retained SNV-CECODES to perform an evaluation of the oil palm production alliances that have been developed over the past 10 years. The purpose of the study is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the performance of the oil palm production alliances that various private oil palm companies have created throughout the country. This comprehensive assessment was performed at all the oil palm companies involved in production alliances, focusing on the most representative projects undertaken by the companies in each region (the largest projects or those that best characterize the company's production alliances model). Additionally, analyses were performed on some alliances where palm companies are not directly involved. A total of 21 case studies were performed.
