Adiciona un artículo 60 bis al Capítulo VII: Procedimiento del análisis costo beneficio; y un Anexo V: Costo beneficio para reglamentos técnicos, al Reglamento a la Ley de Protección al Ciudadano del Exceso de Requisitos y Trámites Administrativos.
