Reglamento para prevenir, investigar y sancionar en casos de hostigamiento sexual en la Municipalidad de San Rafael de Heredia
Se indica que este reglamento "regirá para toda la Municipalidad incluido el Concejo Municipal en pleno, los funcionarios(as), empleados(as), colaboradores municipales, tanto propietarios(as) como interinos(as), y comisiones."
