Reforma a los artículos 10, 14 y 17 de la Ley Contra la Violencia Doméstica, n. 7586, de 10 de abril de 1996, y sus reformas: Proyecto de ley n. 19.676
El proyecto de ley modifica los artículos referentes a las medidas de protección, la resolución final y la ejecución de las medidas. En cuanto al Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres hace referencia a la asesoría, acompañamiento y representación legal que dará la institución a las víctimas de violencia.
