Política contra el hostigamiento sexual en la Municipalidad de San Rafael de Heredia
"Prevenir, erradicar, evitar, investigar, sancionar las conductas de hostigamiento sexual en el ámbito municipal y garantizar un clima organizacional fundamentado en los principios constitucionales de respeto a la libertad, el trabajo, la igualdad y la no discriminación en la Municipalidad de San Rafael de Heredia".
