Ley no. 23.436 Ley de transformación del Instituto Mixto de Ayuda Social en el Instituto de Desarrollo Humano e Inclusión Social
"Transfórmese el Instituto Mixto de Ayuda Social en el Instituto de Desarrollo Humano e Inclusión Social (IDHIS), el cual será un ente autónomo, con personalidad jurídica propia". Según el Artículo 17- Integración el Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres formara parte del la Comisión Técnica Interinstitucional.
