Sistemas expertos para el manejo del cultivo de plátano (Musa AAB): módulos de fertilización y drenaje
Based on principal farm problems, two computerized expert systems were developed, one on fertilization and other on drainage. These had a contribution of 682 knowledge rules to the expert system on plantain management. To develop the expert system the criteria and references used were the ususally applied by the collaborator technicians in their drainage and fertilization recommendations. This option allowed to establish the necessary reasoning as knowledge rules in order to feed the inference mechanism of the Vp-Expert software, to find the best options.
