Economic incentives and the agri-food sector of OECS countries: a quantitative assessment
This study assesses the impact of economic incentives on the agri-food sector of eight OECS countries by analysing the effect of policy induced measures on exports, private investment, farm-firm efficiency and industry protection. It is targeted at policy makers and planners, as well as the regional and international donor financing community. The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of fiscal and other support measures on the agricultural sector of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States and the British Virging Islands.
