Estructuración de la diversidad genética en la especie Coffea arabica L., por los marcadores moleculares RAPD

Genetic diversity was studied among 89 wild coffee (Coffea arabica) accessions collected in Ethiopia, six Ethiopian cultivars and two world wide cultivars, using RAPD markers. Twenty nine polymorphic fragments were used to calculate similarity index and construct a dendrogram. The results were consistent with known dispersal of wild material and selection process in the world.
