Pesquisas sobre o melhoramento do café
Results obtained at the Agronomic Institute of Campinas from research carried out on coffee plant production and evolution, genetic and cytologic analysis were described. Observations and studied carried out from a germplasm bank proved important in fighting diseases and pests, allowing the development of more resistant species and new cultivars such as the Icatu.
