Antigens (soluble in 2,5 percent NaCl) extracted from mature seeds of Coffea arabica varieties and cultivars and Coffea canephora cv. Laurentii, were used for specific antisera preparations. The results of cross serological reactions observed in agar double diffusion and immunoelectrophoresis tests among the species, varieties and cultivars will be presented for discussion
