Interferencia do teor de umidade das sementes de café na manutencao de sua qualidade fisiológica

The objective of this work to study the influence of seed moisture content in seed preservation. The cultivars Mundo Novo and Acaia of Coffea arabica L. were used. Different seed moisture contents were kept during storage. Germination and vigor test, at monthly intervals indicated that seed moisture contents between 36 per cent and 40 per cent, calculated in wet basis, were the most favorable in the conditions studied
