Influence of the growing of Coffea arabica L. by thinning out of pin-heads

The experiment showed, that by thinning out 75 percent of the pin-heads of Coffea arabica L. the die-back of the plants will be prevented. At the same time the coffee fruits were bigger and the quality of the coffee even better. The vegetable growth and the bud setting in the second season in those plants which had been thinned out were well balanced. Therefore it can be assumed that by thinning out the fruits in coffee the alternance will be broken
