Concentraciones de 10 a 80 mgs de AIB y de AIP por 100 ml de agua perjudican el enraizamiento. Las concentraciones adecuadas son entre 0.04 y 0.4 mgs por 100 ml. El AIA fue efectivo entre 5.6 y 2 mgs por 10 ml. de agua. (Boletín Técnico - CENICAFE no.5:1035. 1977)
