Evaluation of manually operated knapsack sprayers for fungicide application in coffee
For effective control of coffee diseases, the recommended rates of protective fungicides should be distributed evenly on the sites of infection on trees. This is achieved by having an efficient spray machine. The factors which affect the efficacy of spray machines and which include physical and mechanical attributes are described, in relation to three (Jacto P J H Standard Spray Mec' Carpi and IIdong) hydraulic knapsack sprayers
