Evaluation of some contact and systemic insecticides for the control of Planococcus lilacinus infesting coffee
Efficacy of 3 contact insecticides, fenitrothion, methyl-parathion and phenthoate and 4 systemic insecticides, demethoate, monocrotophos, phosphamidon and thimeton was assessed in two separate field trials against mealybug. The insecticides were used at 0.75 and 0.1 a.i. All the insecticides were found effective, but at varying levels
