Scale economics in cost of production of coffee among small holdings
A study to test the economy of scale in cost of production of coffee on small holdings using functional technique analysis showed that cost of production of coffee on small holdings of below 25 acres decreased due to increase in productivity levels which was not influenced by the variation in the size of the holdings
