Cacao manual

The manual is technological in aspect and mostly consists of information dealing with the planning, growing, reaping and curing of the cacao crop. the subject matter is arranged in sections and chapters wich logically follow the establishment, planting, rehabilitation, management, control of disases and pest, reaping and curing, as carried out on the cacao plantation and the manufacture of cacao products as carried out in factories overseas.
