The document presents an evaluation of the Hillside Agricultural Sub/project (HASP) in Jamaica created to increase the socio-economic well-being of Northern Rio Cobre watershed. The objective of the project was to promote the growth of tree crops in the mixed cropping systems of small, hillside farmers. The HASP was considered an excellent project which is already having an impact on the farmers in the project area. (MIBA)
