Natural areas management of Montana National Wildlife Refuges
Research natural areas managed by the Service in Montana are basically unchanged sicen their establishment, and none are currently grazed. Grazing at CMR is currently being addressed in a daft EIS, and based on the court decision, management will be directed toward wildlife. This will result in a more natural ecosystem.
