Some statistical aspects of baseline monitoring in research natural areas
Two main topics on baseline monitoring are discussed. First, the CUSUM chart is introduced as a menas of detecting departures from the norm. And second, the periosogram is introduced as a means of detecting cyclical patterns in research natural areas (RNA) data.
