The present study was planned to find out the prevalence of various fungi with mastitis cases in goats. Seventy-six milk samples obtained from 38 goats were cultured on Sabouraud's dextrose agar with chloramphenicol and sunflower agar medium. Milk speciments yielded 5 different types of fungi viz. Candida albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus terreus, Cryptococcus albidus and Geotrichum candidum. All seven isolated were recovered from chronic cases which had received prolonged treatment with antibiotic (Terramycin, Pfizer) and Corticosteroid (Mastalone, Pfizer). The pathogenicity of these isolated in Swiss albino mice and the preventive measures from the above mentioned fungi is described. In addition, the significance of these fungal isolates with the cases of caprine mastitis is also discussed
