Use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detecting mycobacterial antigens in tissues of Mycobacterium bovis-infected cattle
A modified enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used for detecting the presence of mycobacterial antigens in the tissues of 20 cattle from which Mycobacterium bovis was isolated. Protein A labeled with horseradish peroxidase was used as the conjugate in the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay system
