Microscopia eletronica de varredura de cistos de Heterodera glycines coletados en Nova Ponte, MG
Cyst of one population of Heterodera glycines from Nova Ponte, MG, Brazil examined using scanning electron microscopy, for n=25, the means of dorsal and ventral radial ridges and total radial ridges were, respectively, 9,5=0.4(6-12), 10.0=0.6 (4-15) and were 6.9 = 0.6(3-11) and 5.6 =0.3(3-8), respectively. The data were not sufficient for the race (and/or races) identification. However, these data confirmed that SEM of vulval cone of cysts ia a valuable resource for the species identification. (MV)
