The WHO-FAO codex alimentarius committee on veterinary drug residues in food
The document considers critical that an international body begins to look into veterinary drug use on a regular basis. There is great expertise around the world and it is to everyone's advantage for everyone to work together to review veterinary drug use, set guidelines for appropriate use, and establish appropriate limits on residues in food.
