Research on processing tomato in Brazil : Consultant final report IICA/EMBRAPA PROCENSUL II

This document has observations of the field production of the tomato industry in Brazil, specifically in the Northeast and public investigations. In addition, it presents a summary of observations made from samples of farms, processing plants, research facilities in the region to try to assess the suitability of the research to support and sustain the rapid expansion of the processed tomato industry.
