Biogas digesters
The paper notes the research on Slurry. CARDI has completed several studies of the benefits of slurry as a fertilizer and as a source methanes gas. In a comparison with ordinary pen manure, slurry was found to be more effective as a source of soil nutrients. Further information about biogas digesters and the slurry they produce can be obtained through any national CARDI office. (MIBA)
