Agroindustrial development in the strategy for agricultural reactivations: perspectives and requeriments

The document states that the presentation does not imply that agroindustrial development should not include fresh products that have managed to penetrate the international market. It is added that if technological development is not promoted vigorously, the situation in the countries will become highly fragile. The idea is not to make these situations even more precarious, but rather to strengthen them. Lastly, it is pointed out that it is more important to reach agreement on positive steps to take in the future than to focus on the differences. (MIBA)
