Regional Seminar on Agriculltural Planning and Policy Analysis in Latin America and the Caribbean -Antillean Zone- (Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago)
The results of the Seminar held by IICA's Latin American and Caribbean Agricultural Planning and Policy Analysis Project (PROPLAN) and IICA Office in Jamaica are reported in this publication. One Seminar objective was to discuss IICA's strategy for cooperating with the countries in the field of agricultural planning, the pertinent concepts being presented by PROPLAN, and the empirical results of studies completed to date. major objective of the Seminar was to obtain up-to-date information on current national needs in the field of agricultural planning.
