Relaciones del sector público y privado en el desarrollo e investigaciones agrícolas: notas sobre experiencias y temas
The document reviews some of the main forces behind this process with an emphasis on the growth of the private sector in agricultural research and technology development, then discuss the new institutional situation, attempting to highlight some of the forms of public-private collaboration that are emerging, as well as other important aspects to consider in a policy agenda oriented to promote innovation in the agricultural sector. The discussion focuses primarily on Latin America, however the discussion could also be relevant to other regions of the developing world. (MIBA)
