The paper teaching methodology should be based on simple principles (begin on a small scale, live with other people, respect culture, motivate, offer a multiplier effect, and satisfy), and institutions such as CATIE, CIMMYT, and CIAT are called upon to promote this approach among the programs and projects that they support
