Mobile health technology: key practices for DRR implementers
Mobile phones are no longer devices limited to voice calls and SMSs. They have evolved into affordable, sophisticated, ‘smart’ tools that are now also used to connect users to the Internet, to send e-mails and to engage in social networking – i.e. to transfer data.
