Preparación y uso de un medio de cultivo a base de leche descremada de vaca
The method of preparation and use of a culture medium made up with cow skim milk. This includes Phenol Red as pH indicaror, Yeast extract, etc., with 2 % of agar·agar. This culture medium allowed 10 put in evidence very clearly the fermentative action on lactose, proteinolysis, lysis of fat milk globules, pigmen production, etc. It's simple technology of preparation, the fact of supporting the growth of many factidious bacteria makes it worth for general use in Bacteriology.
