Maltose-peptone-agar, a culture medium for sporulation of Stemphylium solani
The influence of different culture media on the sporulation of Stemphylium solani was studied. The best sporulation was obtained in a Petri-dishes containing 10 ml MP-5 with a variation of 21,433 - 41,700 conidia/ml. Conidia germinated and produced mycelium in fifteen days, in dishes with 20 and 25 ml MP-5.

Melhor esporulação foi obtida em placas-de-Petri contendo 10 ml de MP-5, havendo uma variação de 21.433 e 41.700 conídios/ml. Em placas com 20 e 25 ml, os conídios germinaram e produziram micélio, em quinze dias de cultivo.
