Terminal evaluation of the UNEP GEF project: International commission on land use change and ecosystems
This is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2008 and 2010. The main objective of the project was to assist legislators and parliamentarians in a global discourse on developing regulatory tools and applied public policy to address land use change and ecosystem degradation. The objective of the terminal evaluation was to examine the extent and magnitude of any project impacts to date and determine the likelihood of future impacts. The evaluation also assessed project performance and the implementation of planned project activities and planned outputs against actual results.
