LIght Detection And Ranging (LIDAR) measurements were obtained by the Institut Cartografic de Catalunya in April, 17 and July, 23, whilst Argus measurements were obtained from Mapfre station by the Instituto de Ciencias del Mar hourly from April to July. Both techniques’ ability to locate the coastline is compared, obtaining similar results.
