A summary of carcass measurements on some Ethiopian sheep and goats
Means of 22 carcass measurements were tabulated for four Ethiopian sheep breeds: Highland, Adal, Black Head Somali and Horro and on the Ethiopian highland goats and their crosses with season. A total of 134 sheep and 20 goats were slaughtered for the carca.
