Effective collaboration has capacitated stakeholders of the Mali science-policy dialogue platform to mobilize US$ 4 million in 2019 for climate-smart agriculture focused development projects
Thanks to the Mali science-policy dialogue platform's operation, regular interactions between diverse member-organizations have proved to be effective in building partnerships for fundraising. Indeed, CCAFS support to capacity building and partnership activities over the last 3-years by the platform, culminated into the development and submission of many bankable projects, of which US$ four million were raised in 2019. This offers good prospects to the platform to more actively take climate-smart agriculture into account at scale in decision-making, climate action.
