To map a locus responsible for wheat stripe rust resistance in an ethly methanesulfonate mutant, Kr620, we sequenced exome capture reads of stripe rust susceptible and resistant tetraploid wheat F2 segregants where the wild-type parent was the EMS progenitor, a Spring durum wheat variety, Kronos.
