Hyperspectral calibration database on fresh yam to predict hardness
This database contains 152 average spectra from hyper spectral images of fresh yam samples acquired in CIRAD (France). Image were collected using a Specim FX17 hyper spectral camera. Seven different varieties from the Yam collection in Guadeloupe were used for the study. This database contains also textural data measured on the same yam samples: Hardness. Data was acquired using MEGHAR, K., DAVRIEUX, F., & ALAMU, E. (2020). SOP for Hyperspectral Imaging Analysis of Fresh RTB Crops. High-Throughput Phenotyping Protocols (HTPP), WP3.
