Studies on efficacy of bioagents incorporated into compost on coffee seedlings
Soil compost mixtures were inoculated with several bio-agents, either alone or in combination to observe the influence on growth of coffee seedlings. It was observed that positive effects were observed in case of Azotobacter-treated compost mixture on many of the parameters studied such as bio-mass, the shoot and root weights as well as shoot length. This was followed by phospho bacteria treated compost.
