Metodologia para avaliar resistencia de cultivares e progenies híbridas de cacau a Phytophthora spp. que causam podridao-parda na Bahia

On the basis of experience gained from recent work at the Cacao Research Center (CEPEC), Ilhéus, Bahia, Brazil, methods are recommended for evaluating resistance of cacao cultivars and hibrid progenies to Phytophthora spp. both in routine screening for resistance and in studies on the inheritance of resistance. Detailed descriptions of these techniques are provided as a practical guide for other workers.
