Burgos, Mónica G., Ana C. Sánchez, Liliana C. Lupo. 2015. Pollen analysis of corbicular loads of Apis mellifera Serrano Chaco, Jujuy (Argentina). Lilloa 52 (1). Pollen analysis of corbicular pollen loads from the Chaco Serrano, Jujuy, Argentina. This work is part of the study of food resources used by Apis mellifera in the Chaco Serrano District in the Province of Jujuy. We present the results obtained in the pollen analysis of the corbicular pollen loads throughout a production cycle in two apiaries: Finca Doña Hermes, El Pongo and apiary Watraymiski, Severino. The samples were homogenized by apiary and month and subsequently acetoliced. 50 pollen types were identified for The Pongo and 54 pollen types to Severino, being the most visited Fabaceae and Asteraceae. Predominantly native species. The dominants pollen types were: Anadenanthera colubrina var.cebil, Eucalyptus sp., Prosopis alba, Parapiptadenia excelsa, Rapistrum rugosum, Schinus sp., Salix humboldtiana, Viguiera sp. and Zea mays
