Terminal Evaluation of 'Phasing Out Incandescent Lamps Through Lighting Market Transformation in Vietnam'
This report is a terminal evaluation of a UN Environment-GEF project implemented between 2012 and 2016. The project's overall development goal was to phase out incandescent lamps production and sale through the transformation of the lighting products market as well as the promotion of high quality energy saving lamps in Vietnam.
